Hagerman struggling with plugged sewage pumps

From Times-News Magicvalley.com : While municipal budgets are taking a dive across the valley during the coming fiscal year, something's refusing to fall in Hagerman. City officials asked citizens not to flush sanitary napkins at Wednesday's Hagerman City Council Meeting, as pump failure at a city lift station continues to plague the city's wastewater system. "They are still having problems with flushing of heavy towels," said city Superintendent Casey Kelley.
